Refund policy

Free replacement or a refund in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch using the Submit Issue form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. 

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint (for an extra charge) or a partial refund.

NOTE: My fulfiller does not do exchanges or refunds if you order the wrong color or size. Every clothing item shows an available Size Chart and color options (if applicable). Note that some women's fitted shirts run smaller than standard sizes. Please be sure you've selected the correct size and color before submitting your order. 

That said, mistakes do happen, and if you feel the size chart did not accurately depict your size, please contact me.
